2.1 Credit Packages

Credit packages purchased on ParadisePilot AI are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

2.2 Subscription Services

If you have purchased a subscription service, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds for unused portions of a subscription period are not typically provided unless required by law.
